It's a little bit trickier to GIVE yourself a Braz...but still doable. Mind the string of the tampon near the sugar. It'll seem like there are magnets attached to both and they'll want to hang out together. 

But whatever you do...

Do not switch up your schedule just because a certain visitor arrived early (or late). 

Yes...you may be a bit more sensitive. (That's normal - it's just hormones doing their thing.)

If so, take an over-the-counter pain reliever about 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

It'll be fine. You'll do great.
